Obituary for Alice Marie Peterson (Jepson)
Alice Marie Peterson, (nee Jepson), passed away Sunday November 1, 2020 at her residence. She was born on April 19, 1946 in Bear Creek, WI to Charles and Sylvia (nee Sampson) Jepson. Alice was raised in Bear Creek and later married Gary D. Peterson on September 22, 2018 at Schoen Laufen Park.
Alice had a gift when it came to decorating and putting displays together in her home. She also loved finding treasures to incorporate in her decorating. She could sew, crochet and was very good at floral arranging. Alice enjoyed dancing and shows at the Fireside, as well as traveling. She was a member of Northbrook Church.
Alice is survived by her husband Gary, daughters, Melissa A. (Fred) Weber and Cristy S. (Jeff) Schneider, grandchildren, Amanda, Ashley, Elizabeth, Katie and Jordyn, great-grandchildren, Mila, Myles and Jax. She is further survived by her siblings, Lynn (Betty) Jepson, Terry (JoAnn) Jepson, Linda Bessette, Dennis (Bev) Jepson, Darleen (Jeff) Schoen, Steven Jepson and Earl (Nisa) Jepson, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and two brothers Marlin and David Jepson.
The family would like to thank their stepfather Gary who was the light of their mom’s life, made her laugh, and come alive, and brought out the best in her. His love and care for her during her cancer was such a beautiful testament to unconditional love.
A Memorial Service will be announced in Spring due to Covid-19.
