Alois “Al” Gleissner, age 91, passed away at his home of natural causes on October 5, 2018. He is survived by his wife of 67 years Marguerite (nee Rossi), his six children; Mark (Lindy), Deb (Dan), Scot, Mary, Jean and Richard, 1 brother, 1 sister, sisters-in law, and brother-in-law. He is also survived by his 15 grandchildren, 14 great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and many, many friends… He was preceded in death by his parents Clement and Isabelle. He was a great family man and a loving father. He was the very proud owner/operator of Almar Disposal.

A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 5:00pm on Friday October 12th at Holy Trinity Catholic Church (521 Congress St. Newburg). Visitation will held at the church on Friday October 12th from 2:00pm until time of Mass. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Al’s life. Memorials to St. Jude Research Hospital are appreciated.
