Obituary for Daniel Allen Bowen
Daniel Allen Bowen, age 56 passed away unexpectedly from a heart attack at his home in Germantown on January 16, 2024.
Dan was born in Milwaukee on July 29,1967 to Richard and Patricia (nee Blank) Bowen. He graduated from Germantown High School. After graduation, he enlisted in the US Marine Corp. Dan was the Manager of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) at Goodwill Industries.
Dan is survived by his mother, Patricia, his brother Richard, his sister Theresa, nephews Brad and Jason Bowen, bonus daughters, Jennifer (Andrew Toms) Malczewski , Lisa Polinske and his beloved dog Skylar. He was special Papa to Conor and Gage. He is further survived by other relatives and friends.
Dan enjoyed fishing, golfing, volleyball and competing with Conor over a good chess game and video gaming battles and of course collecting neck ties for every occasion. Dan was quiet with a heart of gold, but he was a "prankster". He loved and supported all his friends and family. He will always be remembered and will remain in the hearts of the lives he touched.
A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date this spring.
