Obituary for Daniel L. "Dan" Loker

Daniel “Dan” L. Loker, age 66, passed away suddenly on Saturday, February 6, 2021. Born on November 17, 1954 to Lester and Helen (nee Rolph) Loker. Dan worked in Maysteel’s paint department for 47 years. He enjoyed tending to/“putzing around in” his lawn & garden, following & attending Badger sports (especially football), & spending time with his family. He will be remembered for his humor, his unending willingness to help others, his vast trivial knowledge, & his dedication to keep his family and friends smiling, especially his grandchildren.

Dan is survived by his loving wife of 12 years, Kim (nee Radmann); his sons, Christopher (Stacy), and Philip (Heather); parents-in-law Richard (Carol) Meurer; his stepchildren, Amanda, Joshua and Andrew Bullette: his siblings, Ron, Mark (Nancy), Terry (Paula), David, and Julie; his grandchildren, Simon Loker, Logan, Aly, and Isaac Hoover; Kim’s siblings, David (Ruth) Radmann, Kathy (Tim) Hug, Mark (Cyndi) Homuth, and Barb (Randy) Zielieke.

Dan is preceded in death by his mother, “Joyce”; his father, Lester; his son, Eric; and his sister, Pamela Lynn.
