Obituary for David Andrew Bieberitz

David Andrew BieberitzBeloved son, brother, friend, child of God - was suddenly taken to heaven to be with Jesus on December 19, 2023 at the age of 26. We don’t always understand God’s timing or plans, but we know God is always good. David has finished his short race on earth and is now enjoying his eternity with Jesus in heaven. His confirmation passage Ephesians 2:8-9 was a special comfort for him throughout his life, “For it is by grace you have been saved, through faith – and this is not from yourselves, it is the gift of God – not by works, so that no one can boast.” He had this verse artistically tattooed on his upper arm, along with other Christian tattoos.

David was baptized into God’s family on June 22, 1997. He attended Calvary Lutheran School in Thiensville, Wisconsin for grades kindergarten through eighth grade; Kettle Moraine Lutheran High School in Jackson, Wisconsin; and graduated with honors in accounting and finance from UW-Milwaukee. He excelled in his career at US Bank as an Officer – Mutual Fund Administrator in the Fund Administration department of US Bank Global. He also created “how-to” videos at US Bank for new employees. His “can do” attitude and pleasant demeanor will be missed by his team members and clients.

Praising God through music and service were great loves for David throughout his life. He started with piano and trumpet in grade school, and then he taught himself how to play acoustic, electric, and bass guitars in high school. He enjoyed playing trumpet in West Bend’s polka band “River City Blaskapelle” in the summer and fall months. Late last year, he joined the contemporary Christian Band “Unworthy” as a bass guitar player and played at many churches and special events. At Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, he was active as a Sunday School Teacher and served as their technical leader; he was a member of the Worship Board; he participated in the church’s brass choir; and he played acoustic and bass guitars for many worship services.

Outside of work and church, David loved painting acrylic artwork, home designing, decorating, spending time with family and friends, and serving his Savior in everything he set his mind to accomplish. David’s hobby and love for music moved him to create his own style of music under the cover of “Dee-Bee” found on Spotify. His music has over 639,000 streams and over 215,000 listeners in 166 countries. He also wrote several pieces of music that has been performed by the Kettle Moraine Lutheran High School Percussion Ensemble.

David is survived by his parents John and Susan, brother Benjamin (Laura), sister Elizabeth, grandparents Jack and Karlyn Bieberitz, aunts and uncles, one young niece, cousins, and many friends. His infectious smile, hardworking behavior, loving and giving attitude, and friendly disposition toward everyone will be deeply missed by his family and friends.

Visitation will take place at Good Shepherd Ev. Lutheran Church
777 S Indiana Ave,  West Bend on Tuesday, January 2, 2024 from 2:00 p.m. – 4:45 pm. The funeral service will take place at 5:00 p.m. followed by a meal.
