Obituary for Diane L. "Nana" Spredemann (Kowalski)

Diane “Nana” L. Spredemann, (nee Kowalski), age 72, passed away on Thursday, February 4, 2021 unexpectedly at her home in West Bend.

Diane was born June 7, 1948 to Robert and Arlene (nee Taylor) Kowalski. She was a graduate of Custer High School. Some of the many things that Diane took pride in was her beautiful backyard, playing dominoes with her lifelong friends, going weekly treasure hunting at The Goodwill, and most importantly spending time with her loving family.

Diane is survived by her children, Katherine (Nicholas) Peneau, Lisa, Daniel, Amy (Brian), Elizabeth (Scott) Farina. She was also an amazing dog mom to her handsome and spoiled dog, Buttons. She was a very proud Nana to Kaylee, Kyle, Madison, Allison, Samantha, Abigail and Kaitlyn. She is further survived by her brothers David (Marilyn) Kowalski, Bobby (Jeanne) Kowalski, Kenny (Kathy-Hon) Kowalski and other relatives, many great friends, and wonderful neighbors that looked out for her in West Bend.

Diane is preceded in death by her loving husband, Richard Spredemann; her parents, her sister-in-law Sally Adornato and brother-in-law Tony Adornato.

A Public Visitation will be Wednesday, February 10, 2021 at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W. Paradise Dr. West Bend, WI 53095) from 4:00PM until 5:45PM. Due to Covid, a Private Family Service will be live streamed on the Phillip Facebook page at 6:00PM with Pastor John C. Bass presiding.

In lieu of flowers, memorials are appreciated to the family.
