Dorothy (Gullickson) Schneider, age 95, died peacefully at the Samaritan in West Bend, WI on November 19, 2022. Dorothy was born in rural South Dakota on December 7, 1926 to her loving parents Eva and Carl Gullickson. Dorothy was always a hard worker and enjoyed sports in her younger years. She caught the eye of Russell Schneider who watched her playing basketball at Burbank High School. She married Russell on February 10, 1944. They were married for 55 years and blessed with five children. Family was always first for Dorothy and Russell. She enjoyed many years with family, camping, bowling, and cards. Dorothy’s smile and kindness will be missed by family and friends. She also loved her candy treats a little mischief with a twinkle in her eyes!

Dorothy is survived by son John (Jan) and daughter Linda (Joe) Lidington. She is further survived by 12 grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, and 8 great-great-great grandchildren.

Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband Russell, daughters Connie (and son-in- law Hubert) Scott, Bonnie Erickson, son Jerry Schneider, her mother and father, two brothers and three sisters.

Dorothy was a very loving and wonderful woman with a wide circle of friends and relatives. She will be greatly missed by many.
