Obituary for Kathleen R. "Cookie" Heilman (Kaiser)
Kathleen “Cookie” Heilman of West Bend, WI. passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on January 17th 2024. Cookie was born December 23rd, 1946 to Roland and Joan Kaiser in Milwaukee WI. She moved to Sparta in 1960 where she met her high school sweetheart, Robert Heilman. Bob and Cookie were married on March 16th, 1968 and were blessed with 4 children. Cookie's family was the source of all her joy.
Preceded in death by her parents, in laws, Barb and Dave Reinstra, Liz Trauscht, and grandson Cooper. She was well loved by her husband Bob and her children: Jeff Heilman, Mindy (John) Heimsch, Joey (Tom) Binder, and Katey (Nick) Roskopf. She was adored by her grandkids Zack, Nic (Mason), Quin, Maddie, PJ, Charlie, Allie, Jack, Max, and Tessa. She is further survived by her sister Karey (Jerry) Hoelzel, numerous cousins, nieces and nephews, and friends.
A Celebration of Cookie's life will be held on February 3rd, 2024 from 1pm to 3pm with luncheon to follow at the Phillip Funeral Home in West Bend WI. In lieu of flowers please consider donations to your favorite charity.
