Obituary

Kay Margaret Kirst passed away surrounded by family on June 22, 2019. She was born on September 21, 1946 to Willard and Marie (nee Miller) Kirst. She attended West Bend High Schoo, graduatingl in 1964. She loved Diet Coke, Jeopardy, and Wheel of Fortune. For fun, she enjoyed card games and slots. She loved her family, especially her grandchildren. She was an apple pie master!

Kay is survived by daughter Krista (Steven Kusch) Avey; Grandchildren Charles Avey Jr., Chandler Avey, Cammeron Avey; sister Beverly (Dennis) Biertzer.

She is preceded in death by her parents, and sister Diane Shirley.

The family would like to give a special thank you to the third shift staff at St. Joseph’s Hospital.

My deepest sympathy to Krista,CJ,Chandler,Cammeron and Bev. Krista and boys you and your grandma were always in my prayers and my thoughts. Your Grandma found some good friends at her complex and just wanted to concentrate on them but she will
always be one of my closest friends and I will miss her.
