Obituary for Mary Ann Barbara Wojciuk (Wood)

Mary Ann Barbara Wojciuk (nee Wood), age 98, passed away on Monday, February 4, 2019 at the Aurora Medical Center in Grafton. She was born on April 8, 1920 in South Milwaukee to Frank and Balbina (nee Zinda) Wood. She married the love of her life, Walter Wojciuk, on February 9, 1946 in Milwaukee. She loved to cook and was happiest in the kitchen. She loved to garden, especially the roses she raised. She belonged to the Whitefish Bay Rose Society and the Milwaukee Rose Society and won many awards for her beautiful roses. Mary Ann was a long-time member of the Knights of Columbus Ladies Auxiliary Bishop Henni Assembly.

Mary Ann is survived by her loving husband of 72 years, Walter; daughter, Susan Sellin; grandchildren, Michael Sellin, Matthew Sellin, Jessica (Hans) Sellin Blanc, Tina Duszynski, Shelly Wojciuk, Garrett Wojciuk, Spencer Wojciuk and Kari Ann (Edward) Mentz, Allan Wojciuk; 8 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren. She is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

Mary Ann is preceded in death by her parents, 2 sons Allan and Gary Wojciuk, her brother Sylvester (Mary) Wood.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be at 12:00PM on Saturday February 9, 2019 at St. Frances Cabrini Church (1025 S. 7th Ave. West Bend, WI 53095) with Fr. Andrew Infanger presiding. Visitation will be at church on Saturday, February 9th from 10:00AM until 11:45AM. Private Interment will be at St. Adalbert Cemetery in Milwaukee.
