Obituary for Sandra Lee Roecker (Singkofer)

Sandra Lee Roecker (Singkofer) affectionately known as Sandy, passed away on Thursday, March 30th, 2024, in the Samaritan of West Bend surrounded by love. Born to Geraldine and Henry Herian on February 26th, 1944, she was a beacon of light and warmth in the community she dearly loved.

‍Sandy was a cherished member of her family, sister to Sheila Sauer, Shelley Miedtke and Suzy Berger.  Her passion for helping was being a teacher’s aide for special needs children.  Her four-legged companion Mr. Joe was always by her side.

‍Sandy’s deep love extended to her children, Suzann Roecker and Rod Roecker who remember her as a nurturing soul, supportive and always ready with a comforting word or a funny expression.  Her two grandchildren, Tyler and Doyle Roecker will carry her legacy of kindness and joy.

‍A lover of life she was always willing to lend a hand and never asked for much in return.  She was one of the givers who loved making people happy and never knew a stranger.  Every job she held she made a beautiful, positive lasting impression on those she helped.  Her commitment to the West Bend community was evident through her volunteer work and her tireless efforts in helping those in need with her very special friends at the Senior Center.

We will carry her memory in our hearts and celebrate her life every day, she deserves that.  Love you more.
