Todd Jeffrey Miller transitioned into the heavenly hosts above on September 29, 2022. He was born on January 28, 1950 in Freeport, Illinois; the third son of Bud and Marilyn Miller. Todd was raised in Brown Deer, Wisconsin, graduated from the University of Wisconsin (1972), and obtained a Master’s Degree in Divinity from Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary (1976), Evanston, Illinois.

Preceded in eternal life by his parents, Todd is also preceded by his beloved niece, Jennifer M. Miller, and nephew, The Rev. Peter Kelm.

Todd is survived by his wife Karen, who he met in high school, and two amazing children, Brooke (Matt) Durant; and Micah (Colleen) Samuelsen; two grandchildren Mason and Evalena Durant. He is also survived by his beloved older brothers Mark (Janet) Miller; Scott (Phyllis) Miller; Sister In-law Lynne (Paul) Kelm, and brother-in-law Jeffrey Langenohl. Further survived by nieces and nephews Chad, Stacy, Katie, Keitra, Eric, Andrew, Laura, and Angie. And 16 grand nieces and grand nephews.

Todd’s professional life led him into senior housing management for nearly 40 years. He traveled extensively both nationally and abroad. He was a student of history and theology. He was known for this sarcastic sense of humor. He wrote Christmas letters that people actually enjoyed receiving. Most of all he loved the time spent with family and longtime friends and companions, of which he had many.

Todd and his family express immense gratitude to Dr. Colin J. Mooney, and Dr. Candice Johnstone, and the entire staff at the Froedtert West Bend Cancer Center, for their compassionate care during his illness. Also, the family wishes to express gratitude to the doctor, nurses and CNAs at Kathy Hospice for their amazing and selfless care of Todd.

In lieu of floral remembrances, Todd would have suggested following the directive of the Lord “to feed and clothe my sheep.” Any contribution to a local food pantry or shelter would please Todd greatly.

We look forward to celebrating Todd's life with his friends and family. In lieu of floral remembrances, Todd would have suggested following the directive of the Lord “to feed and clothe my sheep.” Any contribution to a local food pantry or shelter would please Todd greatly."
