Virginia Fuller (nee Ferrara), age 99 “I’m 100” years, went peacefully to her eternal home on Tuesday, August 6, 2019. Virginia was born on December 14, 1919 to Thomas and Francesca (nee Canzoneri) Ferrara in Milwaukee, WI.

Virginia married her loving husband, James Franklin Fuller on June 26, 1943 at Giuilani Ev. Church in Milwaukee. She was a proud, loving mother of her five children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren, unwavering faith in her Savior, Jesus Christ, creative homemaker and extraordinary cook.

Virginia had a deep love of music, singing for all of her life, and shared and supported that love with all her children. She loved to read, and especially loved the classics. In her last year she was reading up to two books a week, including Wuthering Heights, The Yearling, and Black Velvet. She had a Fuller life and she always loved to give out advice to make yours a little Fuller as well. Even though Virginia had her serious side, she also loved to laugh, and had a wonderFuller sense of humor. Her cackle could often be heard echoing through the halls at Lakeside in Cedar Community. On having a delightful meal from Virginia's kitchen, one could not forget it. Her culinary creativity was a part of her daily doings. She loved hearing the classic family joke on completing her meal. One of us called out "I'm FULL!" Then one or more exclaimed, "I'm FULLER . " We laughed together.

Thus, with Fuller hearts we all say, “We will miss you Virginia!”

Virginia is survived by her loving children James (Kathy McGranahan) Fuller, Stareen (Merton) Troeger, Cheryl Fuller, Alan (Terri) Fuller, Wayne Fuller and two daughters-in-law Sherri Gebert Fuller and Nancy Fuller; ten grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren. She is further survived by Ferrara, Prohaska, Fera and Fuller nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

A Funeral Service will be held on Friday, August 9, 2019 at 4:00PM at the Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W. Paradise Dr. West Bend, WI 53095) with Pastor Dennis Lemke presiding. Visitation will be at the funeral home on Friday, August 9th from 3:00PM until 3:45PM. The Interment will Monday, August 12th at 11:30AM at Pinelawn Cemetery (10700 W. Capitol Dr.) in Milwaukee.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorial donations to Cedar Community 3rd floor Lakeview, mother’s residence.

A special thank you to Cedar Community for their loving care over the last five years, you loved her like your own family and she loved you. You kept her safe and well.

Ginnie Fuller. A strong, capable and intelligent matriarch who loved her family x infinity. She was one of my greatest cheerleaders for the 46 years I had the honor of knowing her. And for that, I am eternally grateful.

I am equally appreciative of her love of eating and cooking. She introduced me to new foods, herbs and spices never experienced before growing up in the confines of Central Wisconsin. Think of it this way: I felt like Dorothy opening the farmhouse door after her house landed, post tornado, in the Land of Oz - transitioning from black and white palate to a culinary world filled with color, vibrancy and possibilities.

I carry forward this lesson of possibilties both in the kitchen and life. Thank you, Ginnie. Peace and love. Sherri
