Obituary for Edna Josephine "Jo" Schoch (Riddell)

Edna J. Schoch “JO” (nee Riddell), age 91, passed away peacefully on Saturday, January 3, 2014, at Kettle Moraine Gardens. She was born on November 28, 1923 in Franklin, Ohio to Cecil and Mary (nee White) Riddell. Jo loved to help people and enjoyed working at Amity, Enger Kress and being a sales person for Scenic Travelers.

Jo is survived by her daughter Elizabeth "Kay" Rogne; grandchildren David (Connie) Rogne, Craig (Susan) Rogne, Lorey (Larry) Weston, Daniel (Beth) Norton, Elaine Norton, Elaine (Jeff) Wimberly, Joanne (Rob) Richison; great-grandchildren Tony (Amanda) Haack, Travis Rogne, David (Amy) Dewey, Heather Escabar, Nicholas and Laura Rogne, Jennifer (PJ) Weber, Eric Weston, Alyssa and Adam Norton, Ryan Norton, Rachelle (Brock) Strzyzewski, Brandon and Sierra Wimberly, Justin Norton, Ben and Matt Richison; and 10 great-great-grandchildren; son-in-law Daniel J. Norton. Jo is further survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends. She is preceded in death by her parents, her huband Harry C. Schoch; daughter Judith A. Norton; son-in-law David P. Rogne; grandson Michael Norton; twin grandsons David H and Douglas C. Rogne; great-granddaughter Angela Norton and her brother Paul Riddell.

A Funeral Service for Jo will be held at the First Baptist Church (2300 S. Main Street, West Bend, WI, 53095) on Thursday, January 8, 2014 at 11:30AM with Pastor Bruce Dunford officiating. Visitation will be held at the church from 10:00AM until the time of the service at 11:30AM. Interment will take place at Washington County Memorial Park in West Bend immediately following the service.
