Obituary for Mitchell Roy "Mitch" Muckerheide

Mitchell “Mitch” R. Muckerheide, age 50, went home to be with the Lord on Sunday, February 2, 2014. He was born on December 11, 1963 to Bruce and Sandra (nee Behm) Muckerheide. He graduated from West Bend East High School and UW-Parkside. He married Kimberley Strong on April 26, 1986.

Mitch loved watching football and was passionate about wrestling, especially when it came to his children. He enjoyed reading the Bible and listening to country music. Above all, his family was most important. He always participated in their activities and thoroughly enjoyed family time.

He is survived by his loving wife, Kim; cherished children, Mishan (Joshua) Klotz, Megan (Anthony) Doerr, Zachary, Joshua, Isaiah, Marlissa, and Ezekiel; adored grandchildren, Mitchell and Cailin Klotz, and Shayne Doerr; siblings, Michelle Hupfer, Michael (Lynn), Matthew, and Myles (Paula); parents, Bruce and Sandra (nee Behm); and grandmother, June Behm. He is further survived by many in-laws, nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.

He is preceded in death by his grandfather, Arnold Behm.

The Visitation will be held on Saturday, February 8, 2014 from 10:00 AM until 12:45 PM at The Phillip Funeral Home Chapel (1420 W Paradise Drive, West Bend). The Funeral Service will be held at the funeral home on Saturday, February 8th at 1:00 PM with Pastor Matt Trewhella presiding. Private interment will take place at Washington County Memorial Park. In lieu of flowers, memorials would be appreciated to the family.
