My sympathy to Rebecca and family. I now live in South Florida and cannot attend the service, but want you to know that I will always remember Ted as such a warm, caring man. I worked with him at St. Joeseph's Hospital in Milwaukee where he was so supportive of my work in pr. When I met him in West Bend I knew that the city had gained a person who would make an impact, which he did with his creativity. He will be in my thoughts and prayers.
