The most telling comment I think I could make is "He did well." And that in so many ways. As for mdmories, one that comes to mind is Jimmy's kindness: in few holiday concerts at Christmas time at Sieben Place before family, Jimmy on the accordion (which he played wonderfully) and I on the cornet (which I tortured execrably) he excused my sour notes by telling the audience our instruments played in different keys! Thanks Jimmy.
